With this document on behalf of Mobility International AD we would like to give you additional information and explain what type of personal data we collect, why we collect it and with whom of our trusted partners, administrative and regulatory authorities we share this information. Your personal data


What we need?

Mobility International AD, legal entity registration number 203202849, registered at the address Sofia city, post code 1766, “Vitosha” district, “Sofia park”, Building 16D, is a company which needs your personal data for proper provision of high quality services necessary for the provision of electric car charging services and ensuring of maintenance. We are the Controller of your data transmitted to us and collect only the data required for provision of the services ordered by you. Such collected data includes:

3.1.1. Personal details such as:

- Name

- Date of birth

- Sex

3.1.2. Contact details such as:

- Home address

- Office/workplace address

- Service/product delivery address

- Telephone and mobile number

- Email address/fax number

3.1.3. Transactional details such as:

-Item and service purchase history

-Customer ID

-Payment transaction information and history

-Bank account number

-Credit/debit card number

-Details on communication between supplier and customer

3.1.4. Security details such as:

- Usernames and passwords

- Facility and system surveillance information

- Security incident information

3.1.5. IT management details such as:

- Details of equipment data related to the services provided including technical identifiers, location, communication data and metadata

- Technical events related to the services provided including system and application logs

Note: For the purposes of service provision the client has to submit his pre-paid card data via direct registration on the site of payment provider.

Why we need this?

For the purposes of registration and recording of the clients, conclusion, administration and performance of a contract, client notification, protection and control of the assets held by the company, provision of high quality charging services, we will collect only the data required for implementation of the afore-mentioned objectives from you and will not collect from you personal data which is not necessary for the charging service or other purposes.

What we do with this?

The legal grounds for processing of data are Article 6(1)(b) (processing necessary for the performance of a contract) and Article 6(1)(c) (processing necessary for compliance with a legal obligation) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. You are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

In pursuance of ensuring smooth functioning of the charging system, the entities providing server rent and placement, telemetry services and the entities administrating the charging platform must be provided access to your data.


How long we store your data?

We store your personal data for 3 years from the date of termination of the contract or the debt redemption date depending on what happens later and later on the data shall be destroyed. If your account is inactive, the data shall be stored for 3 years from the date of the last login to the system.

What else we would like to do with your data?

We would also like to use your name, surname, e-mail, telephone number for sending of news and proposals. The afore-mentioned information would not be shared with third parties or processed for other purposes and you could refuse sending of newsletters at any time by clicking on the link in the e-mails sent by us. Your data used by us for direct marketing purposes will also be stored till you notify us that you do not wish to receive such information any more or for 3 years from the date of the last login to our service system.

If you consent that we processed your data for the purposes of direct marketing, you are kindly requested to mark your consent to processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing at the moment of registration or log in to your personal account and choose the newsletter receipt function.

What are your rights?

If you decide that information on you processed by us is incorrect, you may request to access such information or request to correct it. You are also entitled to request that we deleted your data available to us (right to be forgotten) without undue delay. If you wish to make a complaint for processing of your data by us, you may contact the person responsible for protection of personal data who will investigate the issue by e-mail

If you are not satisfied with our answer or believe that we process your personal data not in accordance with the legal requirements, you may lodge a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Bulgaria.
